During the warm up last week, we went out in shirtsleeves (and super-capes) to play in the melting snow and the kids were THRILLED to spend some time on the playground they hadn't seen in months. We spend hours out there nearly every day in the summer, but hardly set foot there in the winter. The kids climbed into their favorite swings and we played outside until their socks were soaked.
